Product Guarantees and Warranties
All items we carry are warranted against manufacturing defects. In order to return product under warranty you must e-mail us at warranty@dztstreetgear.com or call us at 1(604) 985-4398 in order to obtain a Return Authorization Number. We will also review your warranty claim at this time to give you an idea whether your product will be replaced or repaired under our warranty.

Return Policy
If any merchandise purchased isn't to your complete satisfaction, return it to us within 30 days in resellable condition with proof of purchase for exchange or refund.

If you are shipping product back to us
· Clothing must be unwashed, shoes must be unlaced and unworn.
· You must obtain a Return Authorization Number in order to complete your return to us.

Do I pay sales tax?

Canadian and US Orders will be shipped by Purolator or Canada Post Expedited Parcel depending on your order and location from our warehouse in Vancouver, BC.
